企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)流程：
1. 南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—培訓(xùn)需求分析
training needs analysis
由學(xué)校企業(yè)培訓(xùn)部人員接洽受訓(xùn)公司人力資源部、培訓(xùn)部或采購(gòu)部，根據(jù)公司背景、崗位要求
及其它具體培訓(xùn)需求提出初步培訓(xùn)方案建議。
the training school will advice a training process according to the company’s
background and needs.
2. 南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—進(jìn)行入學(xué)測(cè)試
enrollment test
組織安排受訓(xùn)人員進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)軟件測(cè)試和外教口語測(cè)試，確定培訓(xùn)起始級(jí)別。
each attendee will need to complete a computerized test and an oral test held by a
foreign teacher to confirm starting level.
3. 南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—選定培訓(xùn)教材
select training materials
結(jié)合受訓(xùn)人員測(cè)試結(jié)果和企業(yè)培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)，選定系列培訓(xùn)教材。
training materials will be selected based on attendee’s test results and the company’s
goals.
4. 南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—制訂培訓(xùn)方案
develop training plans
根據(jù)受訓(xùn)公司細(xì)分培訓(xùn)需求確認(rèn)制定培訓(xùn)方案，包括：培訓(xùn)分班、授課內(nèi)容、授課方式、課時(shí)
安排、教師安排以及階段考核等內(nèi)容。

training contents, training mode, training hours, appointing teachers and progress reports throughout
the training period.

經(jīng)雙方商定，簽署培訓(xùn)協(xié)議以保證培訓(xùn)事宜順利開展。

organizations implementing training
根據(jù)課程方案及學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃組織授課，并在必要時(shí)及時(shí)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化教學(xué)流程。

also be adjusted if needed during time of training.

training feedback
定期統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展，收集學(xué)員和教師的反饋信息，并向受訓(xùn)公司培訓(xùn)管理部門進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)
進(jìn)展反饋，以保障教學(xué)效果。
feedback on student’s progress and teacher’s comments will be sent to the company to ensure
effective learning during the training period.
8南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—.安排結(jié)業(yè)考核
graduate examination arrangement
培訓(xùn)結(jié)束時(shí)，對(duì)學(xué)員進(jìn)行結(jié)業(yè)考核，向受訓(xùn)公司反饋培訓(xùn)效果。
upon finishing of training, students will be tested. test results will be sent to
the company for reviewing.
9. 南京企業(yè)英語培訓(xùn)—發(fā)放結(jié)業(yè)證書
graduation ceremony
為通過考核的學(xué)員發(fā)放結(jié)業(yè)證書。
